2004: First pitch anchor: one bolt replaced, webbing replaced with
rings. Second and third pitch anchors are first two anchors
of Sands of Time.
NOTE: protection bolts on pitch 8 are rusty 1/4" bolts
with Leeper hangers, and anchors higher may also be bad.
2006: Replaced anchors at the top of pitch 4, 6. Note that this rap has always been EXTREMELY close to the ends of the rope if rapping from pitch 6 to pitch 4 with two 50m ropes - use knots in the end of the rope, and if rapping with one 60 and one 50 make sure the longer rope is through the rings. If your ropes are short for 50m ropes they may not reach (of course most people use 60m ropes now). MAS guides 2006
